Underpinning is the process of strengthening and stabilizing the foundation of an existing home. It’s most commonly required when:

  4. Repeat Until Fully Underpinned
    This process continues in a leapfrog method until the entire perimeter is reinforced.

  5. Waterproofing & Drainage
    Once complete, new waterproofing membranes and modern drainage systems are installed.

  6. Interior Finish-Ready
    With more height and a stronger foundation, your basement is ready for finishing—whatever your dream space may be.
